La-Z-Boy Incorporated (“La-Z-Boy”, "we" or "us") provides this and other websites (including applications and other online services that are accessible through various desktop, tablet and mobile web browsers from time to time) (collectively, "Sites") subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITES. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between us and you. By using the Sites, you affirm that you are able and legally competent to agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or if you are not legally competent to agree to them, then you may not use the Sites.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions contain provisions that govern the resolution of claims between us and you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Residential Upholstered Furniture

We will allow you to exchange residential upholstered furniture within 3 days of when you receive it, for product of the same or lesser value. All exchanges will be handled by your local La-Z-Boy furniture store handling your order. Fabric protection and delivery charges are not taken into account in determining the value of the product you received nor are they refundable. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value. All exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 30% for exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 3 days of receiving your merchandise.

Mattresses

We will allow you to return your mattress at any time during your 100-day trial period. If your mattress was never removed from its box, you'll print a prepaid shipping label and drop the box off at a UPS location. For mattresses that are fully expanded and out of the box, please contact us at +1800-375-6890 to initiate your return. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full. Your original form of payment will be refunded within two weeks. Your 100-day trial begins when your mattress is delivered.

Outdoor Furniture

We will allow you to return or exchange outdoor furniture within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in "new" condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 30% for returned or exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Office Furniture

We will allow you to return or exchange office furniture within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in "new" condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 20% for returned or exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Pet Beds

We will allow you to return or exchange any pet bed within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in "new" condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

PRIVACY

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and also governs your use of the Sites. No part of the Sites is directed to persons under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE.

TERMS OF SALE

The terms of sale with regard to the placement of orders and the purchase of products from La-Z-Boy through our website are governed by these Terms and Conditions and other purchase-related policies available on our website, such as the "Returns and Warranty" policy which is in effect at the time of purchase. In certain states, mattress purchases may be subject to a mattress recycling fee.

COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise noted, all content included on the Sites, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written and other materials (together, "La-Z-Boy Content") is the property of La-Z-Boy or its licensors, partners or affiliates and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of any La-Z-Boy Content on the Sites is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright and trademark laws, and/or the laws of privacy, publicity, and/or communications regulations and statutes. You may use the materials or content on the Sites only with our prior written and express authorization.

TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "Marks") that appear on the Sites are proprietary to La-Z-Boy, or the other respective owners of such Marks. You may not display or reproduce the Marks in any manner without the prior written consent of La-Z-Boy, and you may not remove or otherwise modify in any manner any trademark notices from any content offered or received through the Sites.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. While we try to ensure accuracy, La-Z-Boy reserves the right, without prior notification, to correct any pricing, typographical, or other errors, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections or cancellations may be made even after an order is accepted.

ONLINE ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Upholstered Furniture. We make special order furniture specifically for you and your home. After your order is placed online, your card will be charged a 50% deposit, and it will be held for 72 hours. You may change or cancel your order at any time within this 72-hour period. After the hold period, you may not cancel or change your order or obtain a refund. Your credit card will be charged the balance of your order, 50% of merchandise plus delivery fees plus tax for entire order, when delivery is scheduled. If your credit card on file is declined, you will be contacted to provide alternate credit card information. Delivery of your merchandise will not be scheduled until a valid credit card number is obtained. If you are not able to provide a valid credit card, we may cancel your order, and you will forfeit your deposit and after treatment charges. We are happy to store your merchandise for up to 3 months at no charge as long as you have already paid for your order in full. After 3 months, a 5% per month storage fee will apply, and you must pay the storage fees before we deliver your product.

Mattresses / Outdoor Furniture / Office Furniture / Pet Beds. After your order is placed online, it will be held for 24 hours. You may change or cancel your order at any time within this 24-hour period. After 24 hours, you may not cancel your order. We will process the order and your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for shipment.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

You must make any claims for damage, shortage, or errors at the time your merchandise is delivered to you. If you do not make a claim at that time, you will be deemed to have accepted the products and you cannot revoke your acceptance. After such acceptance, you will have no right to reject the products for any reason.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Each Product that is purchased from La-Z-Boy or La-Z-Boy's authorized retailers is covered by a warranty, the terms of which can be found here (together, the "Product Warranties"). The Product Warranties are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of any Product Warranty and these Terms, the terms of the applicable Product Warranty shall govern.

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENTS OF THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THE SITES, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS OR OMISSIONS RELATING TO PRICING, TEXT OR PHOTOGRAPHY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LA-Z-BOY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS ("THE RELEASED PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF LA-Z-BOY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITES; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH, FROM, OR AS A RESULT OF THE SITES; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD-PARTY ON THE SITES; (v) YOUR RELIANCE ON CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE BY US; OR (vi) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES' MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

If within 30 days of your order date you see the identical merchandise advertised for less, under the same terms and conditions, we will gladly refund the difference in full. See store for details, some restrictions may apply.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Sites, or to any products you purchase from us, shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Monroe County, Michigan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

CHANGES

La-Z-Boy reserves the right, at any time, to change these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and/or the Sites. Your use of the Sites following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy as revised. The revised Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy supersede all previous versions, notices or statements regarding the Sites. If we request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of these Terms and Conditions.

We will notify you of any change to these Terms and Conditions by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this webpage.
